The International Conference on Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Logistics (ICBASL) is an annual international forum hosted by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Indonesia. ICBASL 2025 is a premier academic and professional event that brings together scholars, practitioners, industry leaders, and policymakers from around the world to explore innovative solutions and strategies for advancing business, accounting, finance, and supply chain management in the era of sustainability.

Under the theme “Smart and Resilient Supply Chain and Finance for Sustainable Growth,” this conference aims to highlight the importance of digital transformation, sustainable practices, and financial resilience in shaping the future of global business. It serves as a platform to share cutting-edge research, exchange insights, and foster collaborations that address the challenges and opportunities in building sustainable and robust economic systems.

We are the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Indonesia — a leading institution dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and community engagement. The International Conference on Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Logistics (ICBASL) is an annual international forum organized by LPPM UNS. Now in its second year, ICBASL brings together academics, researchers, professionals, and policymakers to share ideas and research related to business, finance, and logistics.

Author Guideline

Please note that authors should follow every step of the conference. For the necessary document requirements, please carefully read the following guidelines.

  • Step 1: Abstract Submission
    Authors must submit their abstracts via email to icbasl@mail.uns.ac.id.

    • Abstract must be written in English.
    • Ensure the topic aligns with ICBASL scope.
    • Accepted file types: .doc or .docx.
    • Use the official ICBASL abstract format: uns.id/abstract_ICBASL.
    • The conference committee will review all submissions.
    • Authors whose abstracts are accepted will receive a notification email.
    • Further instructions regarding the upload of required documents and presentation materials will be provided after acceptance.
  • Step 2: Full Paper Submission
    Authors of accepted abstracts must submit their full paper (in .doc or .docx format) via email to icbasl@mail.uns.ac.id for peer review.

    • Submitted manuscripts must be original and should not have been published previously or be under review elsewhere.
    • All papers must be written in clear, proper English. The use of professional proofreading services is strongly recommended.
    • Manuscripts must follow the ICBASL formatting guidelines. The official template will be provided via email after abstract acceptance.
    • The required manuscript length is between 6 and 10 pages.
    • The similarity index (including references) must not exceed 25%, based on a plagiarism check.
    • All references must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition citation style.
    • Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.
    • Ensure that APA 7th Edition style is properly installed and applied throughout the manuscript.
    • Only papers that have passed peer review will be presented at the conference.

All submissions must follow the required template, which will be provided after abstract acceptance.
Only papers that pass the peer review process will be considered for publication.
Late submissions or incomplete documents may result in disqualification from publication.
